Get a study permit
Are you interested in studying in Canada? If so, you'll need a study permit. A study permit allows foreign students to remain in Canada and study for up to six months or more in any given year. To apply, you'll need a valid passport, proof of acceptance from a designated learning institution, proof of sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses, and a valid study permit application. The permit is valid for the total duration of the course of study, up to a maximum of three years. Please note that study permits are not renewable, and you'll have to apply for one each time you wish to study in Canada.
