In some cases, the labour market test is required to demonstrate that the issuance of a work permit to a foreign national will not have a negative impact on the employment and wages of workers in Canada.

Overseas candidates needs to submit their profile to the Express entry program to be eligible for one or more of the programs, the profile is ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)

• Rank it in the Express entry program

Get your documents ready

In order to submit an application, the candidate needs to submit documents that prove their eligibility for the Express entry program. It is important to seek these documents early as it may take time to receive them.

Fill out your profile

The candidate needs to fill out all the necessary details while filling out the profile so that the profile can be assessed and a CRS score can be assigned.

Get an invitation and apply

The profile with the highest scores will be invited to apply, the candidate must apply within 60 days andthe application will be processed within 6 months or less
